How to Check for Missing Emails
Check Outlook Web App (OWA)
1. Go to the online web version of Outlook at https://outlook.office.com/mail/
After you have checked OWA:
Found email in online Outlook but not in desktop app:
Restart the desktop Outlook app to force it to update/sync.
Did not find email in online Outlook:
Check your quarantined messages at https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine
