How to Access Company Software on a new Windows laptop (Force sync) 1. To begin, please launch the Company Portal app on your device. 2. Once the app is open, locate and click on the settings icon to access the Company Portal settings. 3. Within the settings menu, you will find a Sync button. Click on this button to initiate a manual sync and force the synchronization process. This will ensure that all the latest updates and information are available on the Company Portal. 4. Check that you do have access by clicking on the home icon and selecting your device. 5. Click the "Check access" button and wait. If it does not say "Can access company resources" try rebooting and repeating the steps above to re-sync. If rebooting twice and syncing still fails, please submit a ticket for assistance.
