VPN Connection Issue - Unsuccessful Domain Name Resolution

If you are experiencing problems connecting to the VPN with this pop up:

Click OK
In the connection window paste in the following:

9r-vpn.9rooftops.com/new

If the AnyConnect window does not let you paste anything in to the window and it shows "Automatic Selection" as the only option as below:

Click on the Gear icon in the lower left corner of the window and uncheck

"enable automatic VPN server selection" as below:

And try again.
