Outlook Calendar Time Zone Wrong
Verifying your time zone settings in your Microsoft work account. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/, sign in, and check your profile settings to ensure the time zone matches your location. Incorrect settings here can override your device and cause calendar issues.
Next, in Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com), select the gear icon > View all Outlook settings > General > Language and Time. If the option to “Synchronize your language and time zone settings across all Microsoft 365 apps” is available, enable it and confirm the time zone is correct. Save any changes.
